Will varus recieve new VO ?

with the new lore i see it fitting for him to recieve some new VO lines since the current ones don't really fit that well with him so my only question to riot is will he get new VO lines?

I'm really confused with how he got all of this lore stuff completely out of nowhere. Video, comic, behind the scenes, days after the PBE short lore thing happened... No one else has gotten this much attention before without any VGU, not even Evelynn or Urgot to this much.

Because varus was pretty much a blank slate who had a good idea rolling around.

oh im sure they were working on this way before the short lore thing im pretty sure they have a whole lot more set up an ready to go when they deem is right an im sure it wont be the last time

that or he is being hyped up for a rework a new VU or a new champion is going to follow his lore rework (thats a stretch though)

There was a post by a rioter on reddit saying that a new VO for Varus has definetely moved up in priorities with this new lore, meaning he'll get one eventually.

At this point, a lot of champs need a VO update.

What I hope is that they update Varus’s VO. But at the same time keep the same voice actor and tools that changed the properties of the sound as it really gave a good dual voice

Champions like Varus and MF are very high priority for such work, however, VO work can only be done with the scant time between full scale reworks and champion releases.

It'll happen, but it's not going to happen necessarily soon. When they have time, I imagine Varus will be one of the first.

Mind you there are other champions very high on this list, unnamed by DyQuil by name, but with all the work that was put into this Varus stuff... (a comic, music video, short story, biography) I can't imagine them not absolutely prioritizing him first.

Especially now that he's three people.

Nah his current ones still fit 100%. It's the Darkin talking, not Val.

Hell, it could even be "both" of them. Maybe Val is just giving in to the hate but isn't being fully consumed by Varus because his bromancer keeps sending him mental dick picks.
