What does these numbers mean?
Basically what the title says.. what does these numbers mean: 26:45, 15:30 or something like that.. usually professional league players say it.

Usually times in which something will happen, EG: Dragon respawning.
They are time stamps. Usually they are calling out someone's flash or teleport cooldown since those are usually 5 minute cooldowns. So if the enemy fiora burns flash in a gank, they might type "fiora f" meaning fiora flash, then type "18:00" because fiora flashed at 13:00 so her flash should be back up at 18:00, and the jungler shoudl attemp to gank her before the flash comes back up.
