Target Champions Only and Attack move

I just recently started to use the "target champions only" keybinding, which is really helpful for making sure to hit an enemy champ instead of a nearby minion with an ability or auto attack. However, I found that if you attack move while holding target champions only, you will still attack the nearest minion. I was wondering if this could be fixed so that target champs only could work with attack move as well, meaning that you would attack the nearest enemy champions in your range before moving to the target location. For example would be very helpful for trying to kite as an ADC through a minion wave without hitting any of the minions, where attack moving is not an option as you would just attack a nearby minion and stop moving.
