Trolls and AFKers

I'm just really getting mentally drained with all the children on this game. Trying to do well in ranked and I have people screaming adc or feed in champ select or selecting a mid champ or adc champ when one is already selected and saying they are going there no matter what. WHAT IS THE DEAL? Why can't people pick what is available. What can we do to fix this? Seriously I really want to help. These people should not be allowed to be in ranked. They do that and then die once and quit and the rest of the team suffers and loses because of it. We really need to come together as a community and report where reports are needed and get these people out of ranked games. I just don't feel like it is fair for everyone else that is really trying to play the game correctly. I try to be the best team player possible. I'll go support every single game if I have to, to stop these people and give them what they want. I would love some insight from riot or other players on how we can move past this problem. I understand that it is because I have a low ELO right now. I started off silver 4 and then dropped to bronze 1. Once I got to bronze 1, I won 5 straight only to lose because of a double adc we had because someone didn't get their way. Then I battled through it and won another game, only to lose the next one because of a rage quitter. I mean what can I freaking do? It's really putting me off of a game I play often and love. It's taken ALL the fun out of it and is just draining me. What can we do?
