Junglers WILL NOT LEAVE JUNGLE with new devourer

Each game that I've played recently where we have a jungler running devourer, every lane is left alone with absolutely ZERO assistance... We ask for help, and it's the same old response (I've got to farm all the way to sated devourer before I can do anything, I get stacks better in the jungle.) So there are games where we don't even see our jungler until 25 minutes in... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE raise stacks gained from champion kills and assists back to 2 so junglers can have some sort of initiative to leave their jungle. Going back to 2 stacks, the junglers would have 2 balanced options of how to gain stacks rather than having to choose between "be involved with my team or jungle alone and get my stacks"

Might have to raise it from 30 stacks to transform to 40 or 50

Just remove the item from the game lol. Also, why do you need jungler assistance? Just play your own lane lol.

Do we really have to attack the item like this, just because the people using it are perpetually stupid?

You don't EVER have to rush Sated, That's an eventuality. You won't fall behind if you don't AFK Farm.
Even if you Do Rush Sated, Your still won't be able to use it effectively without a few levels and BotRK. Leaving you in the same weaken position, except you didn't try to help your teammates.
If your not playing the Objective game, your doing it wrong. Drag will give you 5 stacks. And a good gank can usually lead into a dragon. Even the Scuttler's are useful since the grant vision. All while granting more stacks than your general camps.
As soon as you have a vamp scepter, you have no excuse. You'll always have enough health after 2 or so camps to gank the enemy laner. And should not have to recall without impacting the map.

Presence in lane is one of the possible way that the jungler can do to set control over the map but is not really the only one. If he is on the jungle all the time most likely will get a couple of dragons and would go and counterjungle since the respawn times for the camps doesn't allow you to farm forever. Please stop thinking is the jungler job to win the lane for you. If the enemy jungler set up a camp on your lane, ward up or play close to your turret.

On a side not, riot specifically said the he doesn't want junglers to snowball early game, they were balanced and camps were modified around the idea that they wouldn't be able to gank as soon why would they implement an didea that will go back to "clear a few camps and then go to lane and be a bully"again.
