I want to suggest an idea for the level up system for pvp/pvb, while leveling up in game and choosing your ability, but what if you can choose which ability get chosen first, and gets chosen or Advanced to the next level, (ex: 
Jarven IV, order of ability level up: Q Ability: 1,4,5,8,9. W Ability: 10,13,14,15,18. E ability: 2,3,7,11,12. R ability: 6,16,17) so my question to you is this.
colesy3 votesno. a good player will level up different abilities dependent on the situation so there's no point auto choosing your levels. for example, on ahri i start Q but if we invade and get a pick i'll then take my E to charm them. as irelia against a match up with a lot of poke i'll start q so i can last hit whereas against melees i can start e so i can trade better. and then in a hard match up on irelia i max E before W so i can get a huge stun off rather than the extra true damage which i'll never get to use since i'll be running like a little girl for most of the lane.
