How am I supposed to play ranked with my friends?

In Season 6 I could compete with my friends of varying skill ranks in Ranked 5v5s, however in season 7, this game mode was removed. Now I have no way of climbing the ladder with my friends because my ranks is significantly higher than all of theirs (I'm plat, they are silver). What options do I have to play with my friends? The only two possible solutions I see are to intentionally lose games to lower my Flex Q rank ,which is a bannable offense, or make another account in which I would be much better than everyone I play against and ruin the integrity of those games. I don't want to do either of these.

How can I climb the ranked ladder with my friends?

I wasn't boosting people before. We were playing on a ranked 5s team.

Ranked 5s rewards were exclusive to ranked 5s. The border only showed in Ranked 5 games, and the ward skin was only obtainable through Ranked 5 games. Dynamic Q was merged with SoloQ and players who played solo got the same rewards as players who did nothing and got carried.

I mean... your friends could just git gud... or you could play norms.

They don't have as much time as me, getting to plat/gold can be a relatively hard task for someone. Also, norms aren't as fun as when we play together as 5 we are more coordinated and usually win. There isn't a visilble "team ranking" for norms either.
