First Win of The Day Mission is missing for me!

One of my friends' account is level 13 and she has not been getting any "First Win of The Day mission". Therefore, it takes a really long time for her to level up! How do I fix it? Please help guys! Thank you!

Tell your friend to contact support. They should be of help. Also ask them if they can retrospectively give some of the missed 1st win XP (although I doubt it there is no harm in trying)
