Take OUT Auto Lock-In's from New Champ Select

You have had your fun Riot I'm tired of 30 min queues. Take this time to look at boards and realize only thing you need to take off is the lock in dodge if you don't lock in. That's ridiculous coming from 5+years of auto lock-in's from having a champ selected. I don't even know how we didn't see this coming from PBE.
