So I got killed by Veigar and then "SHUTDOWN!" and Veigar got 450 gold
I came back to lane, Veigar had more CS and HE DIDNT HAVE A BOUNTY??? He had 0 deaths btw
Can anyone tell me why did this happen? HOW DOES THE BOUNTY SYSTEM WORK??? WTF
You do realize that he got ~6cs worth of gold from that +150g shutdown?
It simply meant that your team was ahead.
Also, not sure what you mean by "he had more farm when I got back to lane", it takes a minimum of 6 waves worth of minions to make up a 35cs deficit.
It also factors in which team is ahead, and it’s dynamic. I once had a 700g bounty but my team fell behind, so when I died next I didn’t give any shutdown gold.
It's perfectly fine as a comeback mechanic you died to a 15 cs veigar.
Well the bounty system counts that your team is ahead or you far ahead in cs and kills than your counterpart. Bounty system can really screw over the laner with just one mistake that mistake may not be even yours ( i mean if your laner kill 2 of your teamates with bounties on them and you dont kill anything for various reason like you were in base then you are in a serious disadvantage).
i like the old bounty system better, no cap and only calculates kills. not assists or CS.
This bounty system is a joke they need to fix the cs differential bounty... either lessen the reward or increase the amount of minion differential because me being ahead 54 cs with no kills shouldnt be a 900 gold bounty
