Can we make some kind of a petition to make voice chat possible in League of Legends?

I think this question is buried in minds of major LoL players. Haven't we waited for too long? I think we deserve a proper response from RIOT. It would be more effective than pings and chat(not saying it should be taken out). Also using Skype , TeamSpeak or any other VoIP software affects ping rise and fps drop for some players.

We dont need voice chat. For starters, theres no way for riot to moderate it. Second, no one needs to be called a fat motherducking skank ass %%%%% slut by some high pitched voice cracking twelve year old or some punk with anger issues. Third, anyone who DOESNT use voice chat will be reported for not communicating with the team and griefing if they lose. Fourth, a fragton of people have TERRIBLE MICs, dont speak english, have terrible accents, are atrocious breathers, have TERRIBLE background noise, or otherwise do not follow comms etiquette.

These are fairly extreme examples, but for every ONE you see theres always at least a hundred more.

You can always mute a player. If they don't want to be muted they will yell their salty words without pressing the voice chat button

Anyone who DOESNT mute them will be subject to their rage and terrible comms etiquette. You cannot use "just ignore them" as an excuse for everything. Imagine a kogmaw top getting constantly dove by a kled top with a jungle kayne who free farms for fifteen minutes. The jungle kayne is spewing abuse, hate, racism, you name it. The one being verbally assaulted mutes all voice coms because the other people in the game have echo/audio bleeding.

The game ends with the kogmaw at 2/9/1. Kayne says in all chat "Report kog. muted and refused to communicate to with team". You can defend yourself sure but youre going to get reported by at least three people because you had the sheer audacity to mute your team. And because its a voice communication system, riot either has to have youtube levels of bot policing (instant punishment for ANY reports for voice chat abuse) or no punishments at all because riot CANNOT track or reliably police voice communication. Chances are you as the victim would be punished far more harshly because you made the mistake of not taking the abuse.

I dont want to play a game where that can happen - keyboard warriors can be tracked and punished, people like the two in the videos i linked cannot.
