Seriously, in ever game i play my whole team gets murdered by zilean even if he is counter picked heavily, he stills murders everyone. And then there is his revive that, idk how, he manages to pop off every 10-30 seconds. i actually friggin counted with a stopwatch, i was pissed though so i stopped it a few seconds late thus the approximate range.
He doesn't need one and is quite a situational pick. He got indirectly nerfed when RoA did and he's just a solid pick now.
I guess he can be frustrating sometimes though and he does make it really hard to come back when behind. However, objectively, he's not OP.
The one thing that's pretty op of him though is if you don't have any way of dashing or a flash. Because with 35% cdr he can just Q-W-Q-W-Q-W-Q and you'l never move xD
