Ezreal S+ stats?!?!

I have needed 1 token for over a week iv played him. My last game I had 11 kills 0 deaths and 8 assist farm was a little low 201 in a 39minute game. highest damage in the game by 10k on every other champ. lol any one have the bare minimum stats I need? Im just wondering what more I could have done since im not above the mark.
