Evelynn's E + Titanic Hydra

So Evelynn's E procs on-hit effects 2x.

So I went into a custom to test how much damage that would represent with Titanic Hydra and here's what I saw:

• If Evelynn is "far" from her target and casts E to automatically move towards her target and hit him, Titanic does not proc. It just does the base damage of the spell.
• If Evelynn is standing really close to her target before casting E, the Titanic damage is applied.

while-posting-edit: Now I just remembered Titanic is restricted to Melee champions only (although that tooltip is only shown while playing ranged champions). But as seen here, its damage is not only restricted to melee champions, but melee positioning too (not sure if that's english lol). And there is no indication of this on the item description so anyone would think it should work either way on any melee champion.

I feel like something needs to be fixed here. Either make it proc on Eve's E even when she's not in melee range or at least modify the tooltip actually shown to ranged champions and show it to melee champs too.
