I hope that when playing rank, we can only select champions we have mastered (at least lvl 3). Just to avoid players who is practicing a champion in a rank game and causing a lot to the game.

Absolutely not, this is exactly the same problem CS:GO has right now, the fact that you have to GRIND before you can play competitively in 50+ matches of normal games to play a decent champion pool. The idea of someone needing a requirement to play a champion is kind of a toxic base in its own right. I personally feel like it's fine as it is, the aren't any players that legitimately first time champions In ranked, and if you've run into one of the rare players that do that, then just let him waste his own time.

This requirement already sort of exists because you have to reach level 30... that takes more than 50 norms matches IIRC.

That's basically what I'm trying to say, is that the idea that a player needs to hit level 30 is completely fine enough to play ranked, restricting people who are already level 30 feels like a really toxic design because sometimes people want to post champs they don't have high mastery on simply because they'd be effective as a counter-pick.

I barely have mastery on most toplaners yet I manage to play them quite proficiently as counters to popular picks in higher ELO, I'm a Diamond 2 Toplane main.
