Hextech Chest Reward

Ok so getting that blue ribbon for mastery 7 is nice. But i feel like it would make it a lot more exciting if for mastery 7 they give us a hextech chest. Not asking a chest for any lower masteries, just 7. Its not like its something that can really be abused by players and its a one time reward per champion and getting mastery 7 isnt easy unless ur gold+ in bronze elo.
