Stacking at Platinum

I got diamond with my subaccount just few weeks ago, but i still stack at platinum 3-4 on my main cuz of unskilled teammates which i dont have with my sub any idea to get out from this elo hell?

I don't play ranked beyond 10-15 games a year but what I understand about the system is as follows.

The system will try to force you to lose when on a winning streak and will try to make you win when on a losing streak.

So theoretically when stuck in a mid tier you should lose games to drop your mmr then after a few losses riot will 'force' you to win one by miss matching mmrs/divisions in your favor. You then try to get as much of a winning streak off of the free game or two riot gives you. Then riot will try to make you lose by placing you in games much higher than your current mmr. Ideally if you are that skilled you can win that game and that should slingshot your mmr up then it's just a matter of going 50/50 with your higher mmr and you should always get more lp than you lose.

Think like a booster. They slingshot themselves out of silver by getting a winning streak in silver v or bronze games so they get gold or higher mmr while being in a silver league.

At least that's how it was kind of explained to me.
