We're seeing some weird interactions with Pick a Card and certain items, plus Pick a Card empowered attacks occasionally vanishing while putting the spell on CD. Currently working on a fix with the goal of getting that out as soon as it's ready and tested.

This explains a lot. I was facing TF yesterday, he red carded a minion group and nothing happened.

Just curious why its taking longer then usual? I it still being tested or something?

Probably has to do with all the recent changes, the patch, Kled, and Project event.

okay i have never ran into this ever, the only time anything close to this has happened was againt fizz and he trickeresed even though i went through the animation. please remove that, or tf shouldnt cast the pick a card if fizz does trickster

Just use the version control and put him back where he was man. Who presses E while recalling with TF? In fact, who even presses E with TF?

You can. And apparently it was cancelling recall which RIOT fixed in last patch. I wonder how long it is going to take to fix it. 3 days without playing TF.

as a twisted fate main i literally cried when i saw him dissabled. but i did notice the issues with the cards. and yea kled is so freaking powerful haha

Yeah, as of yesterday everytime I had a gold card selected, sometimes TF would stop the throw animation at weird times, like he auto-canceled by himself. I thought I just clicked the champion again but I don'tr ecall doing that and right clicking a champion again shouldn't auto cancel, but I thought it was just my fault those times..

But, hopefully they fix it soon! :) TF is one of my go-to mid laners!

Yeah i was in-game when he was disabled, the problem i was noticing ( and my opponent quickly picked up on it) was everytime i went to throw a blue card at a minion the minion would die before i threw the card, normally he would throw it as the minion died during its flight and the effect would activate and i would get my mana OR the minion would die and nothing would happen but in this case he was starting the animation, not throwing the card and the minion would die so he would stop throwing but i lost the card and mana, and i got decimated for it.
