Can we get an update on the ranked system in general?

I feel as though riot should change the way lp works in the ranked system. There has been way to many games where ill get an a or an s and multiple lanes will feed. Yes i know i need to help other lanes i get that. But i know im better than the ranking im in. So why don't we consider making ip lose a ranked thing. you lose full ip if you did the worst on the team and you lose less ip per grading system. you could also do this with wins. i believe this would add a new level of competitiveness.
