Ranked lanes

Is there anyone else out there who would like to see a set up so you can choose your preferred lane before the champion select? I'm tired of going into a game, telling my team "Hey, I'm good in lanes A and B.." and then because of the trash pick order you get placed somewhere you really can't play in? Causing horrid losses and forced bounces? I see now why there are so many trolls on this game. Guys if someone can only do two lanes why make them if you are proficient in multiple lanes where you can help the team into a better win/ rank? And say your lanes before the bans are finished! So at least I know where I can go! instead of having to wait for ever and then getting the whole team screwed because I pick Yasuo, and the guy next below or above me (last two picks) chooses a heimerdinger...
