Emotes As OE Drops

Most people I talk to end up in the opposite situation as me, but I hardly end up with enough Key Fragments to do anything with unless if I use the event crafting to make them, so it's extremely unrewarding to open up a chest with the key fragments I rarely ever get to pull an Emote that I'll never use. It's a parallel to CS:GO's drop system, where they flooded the level rewards with "Graffitis", little images you can spray on the walls of maps that have like 30 uses and last for a few rounds after sprayed. It doesn't feel like a reward, it feels like a knickknack given as a consolation prize after not getting a reward. They should at least be able to be disenchanted for a small amount of orange essence so it doesn't feel like such a waste.
