Whats with the cho'gath bans
He is nothing if cho gath bulids tank he gets permakited
He is nothing if cho gath bulids tank he gets permakited
He's banned because people like to play assassins, and he counters them.
^ this.
Come on in, Katarina. I have a W / Q /R waiting for you!
Also no one builds pure tank Cho. You build AP Tank.

No one builds AP tank. Just straight AP:
and... Something else.
chogath counters every mid laner lol.
but they build ap tank or full ap, not recently have i seen tank cho.
cho is more recently been building mage. And you can't get close to him because Feast will do tons of TRUE damage. Can nearly burst down anyone who gets too close, or caught out in his rupture.
He can still be kited. But as it stands, his Damage build does better for zoning than his tank build. And for that, people call him OP.
if cho gath bulids ap he needs to land his skillshot

You must not watch the LCS much. AP cho goes with his more reliable W first. The Silence itself gives you plenty of protection from ability casts. And because Silence prevents your from using flash or other abilities, it helps you line up your knockup. It's really not as bad as you think.
Full ap is definitely what makes him scary, 500 ap gives him +850 magic damage on his aoe QW combo letting him do around 1200 damage to squishy targets. The 500 ap also means his feast is doing 1k true damage, and as a cho main I love ulting carries for half of their health.
his ult still does the same amount of damage regardless of building tank or straight ap true damage
He was played in the LCS.
You do know that he can flash in and 100-0 you in like 2 seconds right?
So can half the burst mages and assassins in the game. Only many of them don't need Flash to engage or even need to be in melee range.
then he silences you, uses q, and eats you and you die while being full tank
because people tend to not want to be eaten.
