What is Talons role now?

So i was playing aram this morning and i got Talon, load into game and see that i forgot about his rework and this is my first time playing him since it happened. i read over his skill set and i notice his e which use to be his engage was something to do about hopping over terrain now. In aram there really is no terrain to hop over so the only way to engage is walk right up to them either wasting 1/2 your ult to be invisible while doing so or just walking in (Talon is ridiculously slow) and hoping you reach somebody before you get hit with some cc and then become useless, or a snowball. What is his role now? jungle? mid lane roaming sin? or is he just one of the champs they turned to trash and left that way?

He's really roam dependent and is good at escaping like the hoodlum is he. Unfortunately, you are correct that his new E is pretty useless on ARAM. He's decent on SR though and has a really cheesy level 2 all-in.
