Greetings, Summoners, (cough who? cough)

Today's patch note will cover a single champion: Talon, the blade's shadow. Our team looked into him and realized that his ability to punish his opponents' mistakes is too oppressive in the current meta game

After a few blind pick matches, we developed and pushed some changes that should give other champions a more satisfying experience, while still giving Talon players the original sense of accomplishment such champion should bring

Which is, to start wondering why didn't you pick a mage instead

TALON

"We pretty much destroyed him"

As a melee champion with great roaming capabilities that benefits from AD builds, his linear engage feels too uninteractive to play against, forcing most opponents to both pick the Perfect Timing rune and rush Zhonya's Hourglass and Ninja Tabi to even stand a chance. Because he can feel oppressive to other lanes as well, we're toning his general state down

BASE STATS

Base Health: 588 => 455

Health Growth: 95 => 18

Attack Range: 125 => 110

Base Attack Damage: 68 => 12

Base Attack Speed: 0.625 => 1.25

Base Armor: 30 => -2

Base Magic Resist: 39 => 6.9

Mov Speed: 335 => 325

PASSIVE - Blade's End

"Fair and balanced": Maximum number of Stacks needed to activate Passive: 3 => 6

"Early Game Powerhouse": Bleed Flat Attack Damage level cap: 11 => 6

Percent Bonus Attack Damage: 200% bonus attack damage => 100% bonus attack damage

Q - Noxian Diplomacy

REMOVED "Too op": Noxian Diplomacy is no longer a dash

REMOVED "Truly a Skillfull Champion now": Noxian Diplomacy melee attack no longer critically strikes

Percent Bonus Attack Damage: 110% bonus attack damage => 55% bonus attack damage

W - Rake

REMOVED "Too much CC": Rake's return no longer slows

NEW "Necessary Counterplay": Daggers' linger timer: 0.75 seconds => 10 seconds

NEW "Nothin personnel kid": Rake's return instantly kills any champion it damages

E - Assassin's Path

REMOVED On-Target Cooldown: 160/135/110/85/60

NEW "Meaningful Choices": Terrain's cooldown never goes off

R - Shadow Assault

REMOVED "Too much AoE": Flat Attack Damage: 90/135/180

REMOVED "Again, too much damage": Percent Bonus Attack Damage: 80% bonus attack damage

NEW "Team Utility": Ranged allied champions hit by the blades now perform your job better
