Meddler, does anyone remember that Heimerdinger exists?

It's been more than a year now since Heimerdinger went from a niche champion that a few one tricks picked to win games to the equivalent of picking smite support Singed or disco Nunu. I've been a D2 Heimer-only player for the past two seasons, and honestly I'm surprised that my account isn't banned for unintentional feeding yet. I've tried posting ridiculously long threads analyzing the reasons why Heimer has sunken as low as he has, along with potential areas that could be looked at for small-scale fixes not requiring a full rework (CD on turrets, that sort of thing), I've tried replying to Rioters here and on Reddit after every patch asking if there's anything that can be done about him, I've tried posting a wealth of replays and very in-depth analysis on the Heimerdingermains subreddit in the hopes that I could elevate the champion, but nothing has worked. But recently you seem to be in a very good mood. Help me, Meddler-wan. You're my only hope.
