I'm not sure if i missed the patch or something but according to Champion.gg there's been a major drop to xin's win rate. For me personally I've from an all time 80% win rate out of 40-50 games strait down to 70%. I couldn't understand why. Then when I saw that his overall win rate had dropped since patch 6.19 it made more sense but I don't see where he specifically got nerffed? Is there something I'm building that got nerfed or what. Cuz right now he's seeming very weak.

xxxDogmanxxx1 votesI got to Diamond in my main account one-tricking Xin Zhao, though I have since moved to Graves to climb to Master Tier. Xin Zhao works outside of Bronze, it's just that there are Champions that can do everything Xin Zhao can do, better than Xin Zhao can.

I'm going to assume people just started playing him top because a few professionals and/or streamers did it, leading to his win-rate dropping since they don't know why it is taken or how to play it.
