Proposition for Taric's stun

Since you tend to avoid "click->stuns" (rip cryptic gaze) , here is my alternative to his stun.

Make it work like Heimerdinger's rocket If the enemy stands in the junction of the lines, then he gets stunned for a period, otherwise he just gets blinded for 0.5 sec (more time for an aoe blind would be too much I think).
