Zyra Mid still Viable ?

starts with some of the lowest stats in the game , this used to be somewhat countered due to her ap ratios allowing you to harass early and make trades turn out somewhat in your favor, but Now that They've Nerfed them and base damages to make her an easier support to play against, as well as the %health damage items introduced in s4, I have to say Zyra feels extremely weak mid now. I used to main her mid, but I was wondering If she's still viable in mid for ranked play . And on a side note, I also am already aware that she is vulnerable to assassin's which seem to be the over increasingly popular meta now
