Improving Urf
Okay so by now I think most people know whats going on with URF. Ultra rapid fire, the gamemode where you got to play a super up version of your favourite champions by reducing their cool-downs by 80% and massively buffing their stats, will sadly never again see the light of day in the true format, as it was deemed so fun it made normal league boring.
Instead of taking away URF from us forever, every now and then we now get ARURF, where you get to queue up and play a random champion in the URF conditions. The problem being champions never have been (and never should be) balanced for URF so games are often decided in champion select and being on the loosing side ISN'T fun.
But why does the change have to be "random", why combine it with just Aram. I think that a better way to go about this would be combining it with different aspects. I have two main ideas and we can discuss more in the comments.
1: All for URF Pretty simple you take the All for one game, and make both sides have URF level stats you still get some aspect of choice over your characters but even if you are facing something completely broken, you just have to deal with that one champion being broken.
One champion being broken... that's an idea.
2: URF for one! A 5v1 game on the Aram map, you start at level three but, of course, the one player has URF level stats. Work together with your team to bring down the massively powerful URF player. Taking the concept of little devil teemo's event, but letting one player BE that little devil.
