Well then it would make sense that poppy passes right through Garen, instead of pushes him but has no effect.

Because Katarina's is a channel.

Garen's is more like a damage aura. You can move while using it.

I'm also not happy with how her charge can move a champ but if she dies before her next hammer swing it's not counted as an assist if that other champ is killed shortly after.

Assists are not being accounted for, yet I clearly have shifted the position of the champ.
