Concerning Dynamic Queues

When this is implemented, can there be a way for players to know the size of premade parties in their own team, at least? It'd be nice, as a solo queuer, to have at least a general idea of how coordinated teams are likely to play.

Ex. If I'm playing support botlane, I'm much more likely to engage in an extended all-in if I know that there's at most one duo queue on the enemy team, than if there's a tri or quad stack. The likelihood of an immediate rotation would be much slower (5-10 seconds maybe) because of communication delays.

You can tell most times by how they talk or ban but I can't fully see or agree with with the strategic value that you have listed . Shouldn't your warding and faith in your team mate and when the opportunity presents itself dictate when you engage ?

Probably like prior to the first back, when vision is limited and I'm wondering if their jungler is nearby. And then there's other stuff like bush stacking near objectives (should I be buying a farsight instead of a sweeper)

In champion select, knowing how likely the enemy team will be able to focus-fire (something that solo-queuers don't do nearly as well) would affect what support I would pick.
