Fizz is legendary every single game. I rush banshee and he still ONE-SHOTs me from full health. I don't understand how the balance team is so bad at their job. Why is it okay for a champion that has infinite mobility and can't die to do so much fucking damage?

I just find it odd that people are so quick to just upvote these post without even slight amount of research to see if it is bullshit or not.

It not bullshit cause i did taste it myself today, Dude had 
was able to shred through my Yorick Hp like it was nothing despite the fact i had 
he ate through my hp like it was nothing and he even used the short ranged ult on me when i was 50% hp .
Like he escape around 10%hp and me die, all of that cause i didn't have my ult to burst him before he burst me i was ahead of him in terms of kills, levels and items yet that happen.

I think the issue you're having is that he is proccing your banshee and hitting his ult while it[your banshee] is on cooldown.
That's why I don't buy banshee's vs fizz. In fact, I ignore the crap out of him and build zhonyas.
The armor itemizes versus other threats, and the stopwatch effect completely cucks him. This might not work if you're really squishy tho (I buy rod of ages) since you might die to his normal abilities
