How do i win when my team doesnt know what theyre doing?

I finished my placements 5-3 , I know im a good vladimir. I had an old account from season 8 that i dont use anymore because the MMR is just terrible (which is my fault for basically trolling on yasuo) im a platinum Vlad , And yas main. And every game i perform, literally EVERY game. Look at my match history , i do my best every game and try to carry the elo hell that is bronze and silver. My vlad went from a 72% win rate to 50%, and if you look you can see that I have an amazing kda and im not even a kda player , i play macro and try to take objectives. Ive always said dont blame your team , you are where you are because you belong there. But wow ive never experienced being dragged down like this. I get a nocturne main who did 7.6k dmg in a 33 minute game. A mundo , and kayn feeding a riven, a draven that goes 2-11 ,a sivir morg go 5 and 20. Like i dont know what to do , and i cant solo carry because league is such a team game ITS almost impossible to win when your team doesnt know what theyre doing , or what to do. Not only that i cant be coaching mid game while trying to play the game itself. Im losing Hair , Braincells , and my enjoyment of the game when i get team mates that feed so hard, I AS A PLAT PLAYERS VS SILVERS AND BRONZE cant carry. Im not even trying to smurf, but since the ranked system is so bad i have to go through iron , bronze and silver. I wish league would go back to what it was , when solo q WAS solo q , when you could get fed and actually carry the apes on your team. The worst part is , a 12-3 vlad cant carry , but a 1-7 Ashe WILL lose you the game. Now its so team oriented , YOURE forced to play as a team , over the past few months i feel like making league a 'team game' has been shoved down my throat. Im tired of it , i want to be able to Win , but its like trying to swim with 4 cynderblocks tied to my legs. Feels impossible. Maybe ive just been really unlucky. I dont know....
