I think there should be a glacial dragon in the game. We have mountain, ocean, infernal, and cloud. ocean represents spring in a way, infernal represents summer, mountain represents fall and so does cloud. How come there is no winter dragon? I think the glacial dragon can be a pretty sick idea. When he becomes the third dragon, it creates a avalanche that makes the entire map shake. destroying terrain and blocking certain pathways. If you kill the dragon your ability's and basic attacks will slow enemies. Well I don't know what the benefit can be but I think the glacial dragon can really be a key dragon in certain ways!

Dragons aren't Seasonal, they're Elemental. The ice element is covered by Ocean Dragon.

Aether was considered by some an element, ice never was. Were not getting an ice dragon because 1) a slow on aa's and abilities would be busted on some characters. 2) it would take uniqueness away from Ashe and frozen mallet.
