Fun little suggestion but not one I think would be healthy for the game. While I would love to play Kidnapper Poppy and flash drag people over a wall into my team, that would go against both the design of the ability and the design of the champion.
Poppy and her E are meant to be simple, allowing for some versatility through creative play but also being very clearly defined in their use and limitations. You know exactly what her E will do, your opponents also know exactly what her E will do. It's an ability that defines her disruptor playstyle while also punishing players who do not respect her. This is perfect from both a gameplay and thematic standpoint. This kind of change would open Poppy to avenues she was never meant to cross, and the game would suffer for it.
