Elise as low lvl jungler ?
Im just wondering can she do it without runes and is she still viable/good. Also who are other low lvl good junglers ?

Eedat1 votesElise has a fairly high skill floor which makes her not the greatest for new players. Her kit and combos are more on the complex side. it goes beyond just runes and masteries
