Combination of Neeko and Ornn and new Items

So my question is if in the team is Neeko and Ornn what will happen to items if Neeko Copies Ornn I mean shouldn't be there technically more item buff because you actually somehow have 2 Ornn I know it sounds a bit off but I'm extremely curious what others think about this topic.

So my idea was when Neeko and Ornn are in game you can buy items that are again buffed just like Ornn, however, this time you have two Ornn so it wouldn't be lets say Trinity Fusion but it would be Trinity Mega Fusion item lets call it that now this could have a greater impact on meta in my opinion.

About new items and Neeko, when turns into Ornn ONLY THEN Trinity Mega Fusion (or let's say new item) could be activated as Unique passives and other things what riot would implement in items that original Ornn gives.

While Neeko is decoyed in the other champion you CAN NOT use these items however you can buy them and they are visible at the shop. It is worth to mention that while Neeko is in other champions (Not Ornn) you would have an upgraded item of Trinity Fusion if of course, you bought it.

So i wanna expalin a bit more specific item target this will be as same exaple as i did in upper case. As you know Trinity Force is Normal Item without any upgrades or anything Trinitry Fusion Is and 2nd stage of upgraded item only with Ornn. Now when you imply Neeko i feel like we could bring a 3rd stage of upgraded items that Ornn supports
