That's it really. I still dislike Vegiar's Event Horizon as it is now, but I want to here how others think. Is Veigar finally in a good place again thanks to the recent patches, or do you consider him too frustrating to play?
Veigar won't be good until he gets some benefit from trapping people in his E since he can't use it to stun anymore.
He's definitely in a good spot. His E comes out fast enough that people without mobility who are near the middle of the cage will get stunned trying to walk out. In addition to his Q traveling fast and having a large range. His W is still unreliable but it's pretty useful for zoning and you can often clip people with the edge of the hitbox while they cs. All in all I like his current state, anymore buffs will honestly just make him stupidly strong again.
Decent? Yes. Could he be better? Yes.
Look at his W, thats where he needs to be looked at/completely changed. His Q and R say single target burst mage, his W says AoE damage dealer. Make it like Xerath's W. The center deals current damage and then double it's current AoE radius deals 50% damage.
