Bounty system and why it restricts the meta.

Now Karthus has a 1k gold bounty on his head, and if xin or lb kill him they willl have a 700 or so bounty on their heads again. Who uses this gold the best? Late-Game-Scaling-Champions. You are pretty much forced into playing a late game champion in all rolls now just so shutdown gold can come to you. Whats worse is the difference in power between late game and early game champions has diminished so much that is considered early game as much as is. God fear a or a that gets double shutdowns on a fed and games practically over. This mechanic isnt a "comeback" mechanic. Its an advancement mechanic. A champ that has not lost lane, or even been behind at all and has farmed perfectly can kill someone for a bonus 1k gold as a "comeback" mechanic. Pantheon wont get much from getting an entire item dropped in his lap if he is 0/4 early and hasnt applied any pressureto his enemy laner. But a Draven will start getting 1 shot by the enemy Vayne if she gets half an items lead on him for FREEE.
