Ekko Still Good?

After the nerfs Ekko has gotten is he still good? He seems fun and I think I would like to play him but he has been nerfed hard. Do you guys think he's still good/viable?

yes still good get a item 3157 throw ur w out dash into the whole enemy team activate zhonyas stun whole enemy team press r get penta and with 40% cdr u can proc ur passive by just chucking out qs so no need to even all in until ur sure u will win

Ekko is fine. He could still probably get nerfed and still do okay. They just removed some free power from him that isn't really that much different except for people at a high enough skill level. The Q nerf could be the difference between dying and living to someone who knows what they are doing, but against someone who doesn't have the skill to dodge them, all it takes is them eating it once more, which doesn't make much of a difference for most people. His ultimate getting a mana cost is fine since most people rush item 3165 anyways.
