Am I the only who thinks Frozen Malet should either be nerfed or removed from the game. Instead of nerfing shyvana.

Edit: Maybe a base dmg nerf to her e

well it isn't the base damage on it you should worry about it's the %hp on hit magic damage that should get you and if you think that's bad try going up against a tahm kench with glacial augment

If a champ has to rely in permaslows to be useful, there's something wrong with their design, or with the game or both. And I love Shyvana but never buy item 3022 m I think it's disgusting.
