So we all know how her W stuns enemies, which is awesome, right? But her low innate movement speed (325) is kind of sucky to have to conjugate itself with the stun. So right there, in order to have a safer scape route, if she stuns an enemy champion with W she obtains a % Movement Speed bonus. IT'S THAT SO MUCH TO ASK, RIOT PLOX

: In the Riot Momentum scale, Lissandra is played as an all-in champ, but also a deceiver of all-in's with her E. On the safer side, she can slide smoother when scaping in short spaces with her W, yet providing a less Time-n-Space conjugator (Flash or her E) scape route.

Uh, we all know that Liss's W roots enemies, and that rooted enemies have an MS 100% lower than Lissandra's.

The overall could also be balanced by nerfing the passive a few seconds

Sure you could give Lissandra an MS buff, but that wouldn't change anything. She doesn't even need MS with her E and amazing kiting potential with her Q. And she's not always an all in champ, only when the right opportunity comes up. Her Q has such a good cooldown , good range, damage and utility that you can wait on the outskirts of a fightfor the right opportunity to E in, and do your combos.
