Why do I love Lucian so much?

Hey, jungler assassin main here and WHY CAN'T I STOP PLAYING LUCIAN?! Seriously I'm a Lee sin - Rengo - Kha'zix main but I can not stop playing Lucian ADC, Went 17-3 on the other day as Lucian what the hell... It is such a fun champion to play, his ultimate hits for trucks, you can incorporate your Q into your basic ADC combos and it deals 50% more damage then other marskman just with a passive, your Q is super cool to use due to it's very low cooldown and your E isn't just a mobilty spell it is THE MOBILTY SPELL, seriously 3 dashes in quick sucession it's amazing. The W is kinda useless as it is just a boost for escapes and landing your ultimate to it's maximum so it's the only thing holding him back from being the factor to decide if an ADC is viable or not (kind of Lee Sin in season 2/3/4).

Here is a concept for a cool new W that is actually useful: Launch the same skillshot like the old one, but they will be marked with light that explodes after 5 seconds for 50/70/90/110/130 + 30% Total AD On explosion Lucian gains a decaying movespeed burst of 20/40/60/80/100 + 40% Total AS The damage of this abilty is increased by 10% for every Passive auto attacks hit, by 30% for every Q hit and by 15% for every Culling shot hit 80/90/100/110/120 mana cost 20 second coldown, only starts when the mark explodes
