Looking for some advices to climb

Hey Folks, im currently in Silver 4 solo q. I only play adc, when i dont get this role im dodgeing. I try really hard to improve, im not flaming at all/ i never type in chat ever, but i dont see any progress in my games. Could someone look over my games, if i do some major mistake (especially the lost games)?
