Rito, I'm not a fan of this. Have you ever heard of pre-made bullying? I hate playing in normals alone because if I'm not part of the group there's a good chance I get pushed around. If I "take" someone's lane I get harassed or if I die once, I'm "feeding". Getting bullied by a bunch of premades is way worse than having 1 toxic player. Then they all report you just for amusement. Aren't you worried about this Rito? I can't handle that in normals, I can't imagine dealing with that in a ranked environment...

Actually, premade reports are going to be adjusted for this reason. Also, you won't be "taking" anyone else's lane, because Ranked will be using Team Builder Draft and your role is already decided, so that's not going to be an issue (and if someone steals a lane anyway it's a bannable offense).

Read up on this "premade harassment" stuff on Lyte's ask.fm page. You really don't need to fear premade abuse like you are.
