League of top lane

Is it just me or does it seem like top laners determine if you win or lose a game now ? I don't know if this is hapening to everybody but I feel like top laners have now the ability to build into one or two offensive items and deal as much damage as a fed adc. (Exemples: mundo, jax, irelia, xin, renekton, darius, garen, volibear,etc...) 9 out of the 10 games i played lately were all about top lane. No matter how well i did if my top laner feeds his opponent it is gg for us and the other way around if our top lane gets fed. Can someone please tell me that this is going to be fixed cause this is getting so unfair in my opinion. In my most recent game, i saw an irelia with rageblade and boots jumping on a olaf with ult up ( he was even in gold) and destroying him in less then 7 seconds and then the snowball started. When i saw that i felt like i should just uninstall the game lol...
