Kled E Ability while Dismounted

Hello all,

I feel kled losing two ability slots when he is off of Skarl is a waste. His ultimate is understandable but with his E ability there is nothing there. My buddy and I were discussing what could be used for his E ability when he is dismounted and it would fit his kit perfectly. While Dismounted, Kled yells some vulgar slur at an enemy champion causing them to be taunted and losing some armor and magic resistance stats. Also he would gain a small amount of courage when he yells his foul language. This would fit his kit and character perfectly.
