hit every champion with a nerf bat please

I think riot should just nerf all damage in general. Make teamfights a teensy bit slower and more satisfying, make it so if you're behind you feel like you can at least escape zed w-q combo when he's 17/0 (because your midlaner fed), stop that jhin one shot where he runs up to you with a fourth bullet and zilean speed up- survive with at least 40 hp as opposed to death. bring back nexus blitz
