Changing the client from English to Korean

Is it a bannable offence if I am on the NA server and I go in my Riot Games => League of Legends => RADS => system in the locale.cfg if I change the locale = en_us file to locale = ko_kr so that my game is in Korean instead of English? If so, I will change it immediately.
