Voice communications, the future of League and the biggest remedy to Dynamic Queue

Voice comms would help dynamic queue. Why is dynamic queue un-fun? Why is versing against premades not fair? Because they have voice comms, better teamwork, etc. If EVERY played had voice comms by default, the gap between solo queuers and premades would be bridged. On top of that, the people who work the greatest with communication will be on top of the ladder. I know they're many flaws to making communication a skill mechanic in the game. Language barriers, no mics, etc. But I wish Riot just had voice comms back in 2009. The playerbase is too big now to introduce voice comms, many people will be upset because they don't want change in something they already enjoy. Unfortunate though. Can you imagine a game like League to NOT have voice comms? A 5v5 team game. A game about laning, objectives, rotations, teamfighting, to NOT have voice comms? The difference there would be to say "Zed is coming bot" with a push of a button instead of spam pinging missing and danger pings 6 times. Calling out rotations and the next step in your plan instead of spam pinging turrets then blue pinging dragon. Imagine prepping teamfights with constant communication, then calling out summoners, cooldowns, and targets while teamfighting. This is what makes premades OP and dynamic queue unfair. Why not give it to everyone? Imagine LCS without voice comms? Ranked players will ultimately never be able to play the highest level of League of Legends due to the lack of voice comms.

But this isn't happening anytime soon because it would ruin the experience for some people who enjoy the game because this doesn't exist. I wish it was introduced years ago so that those who aren't interested turned away from the game in the first place. As blunt as that sounds, like fuck, how do we not have voice comms. Cry about dynamic queue when people don't even discuss solutions besides bringing back solo queue. I've seen countless people commenting about voice comms in dyanmic queue threads, only to be shut down by people saying they don't have a mic and like playing the game alone. Or the people who make threads for discussion but get taken down because it's in the 'Riot Pls' list (on Reddit). It's so sad, because it's such a big part for the future of the game. So often are games lost because pinging and typing while playing can only go so far.

I'm venting about how I'll never see voice comms because it's too late. I love this game, it's the best MOBA ever made. But I'm so sad that voice comms will never come to this game because it's too late.

This is gonna come off as a little greedy and entitled.. but hear me out

I really like this idea.. but Riot legit hates native voice communication for the following reason.

Riot's main point for not having voice chat is that "Oh, people r gunna be toxic in voice chat bruh" No! We have the technology these days that can allow a dialog box to appear in the top right that says "Fastcar69 - Ezreal is talking" And we also have the technology to have replays that can display that! Flamers shouldn't be able to stop a feature that enables high teamwork capability, but Riot seems to be letting them,

We play Riot's game for free, so in reality they can do whatever they want to it. But there are millions of fans and people who dedicate lots of time and/or money into it, so if you're going to deny something that many people want, at least tell the truth.

Know what i'm sayin?

I say just get rid of "normal Dynamic Que" and bring back Teambuilder.
